You may create a customer account. In doing so, we process in particular:

  • Billing and shipping address (once you place an order)

Purpose: Management of your customer account, order history, faster checkout for future orders.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Storage period: Until deletion of the account by you or in accordance with statutory retention periods.

7. Orders, contract performance and shipping

When you place an order, we process your order and contact data (e.g. name, address, email)
for contract performance.

Purpose: Order processing, delivery, invoicing and customer communication.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

We transfer data to shipping service providers insofar as this is necessary for delivery
(name, delivery address and, if supported, email/phone number for delivery notification).

8. Payment processing (including Klarna, credit card, crypto)

Depending on the selected payment method, personal data may be transmitted to or processed
by payment service providers (e.g. name, billing address, order details, payment information).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Payment service providers may act as independent controllers; their respective privacy
policies apply.

If you choose Klarna, Klarna processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. email address, message content)
